The internship

The internship is with the Tenderdesk Team in Global Procurement and has a focus on the procurement process for Head Office. We will implement a new Purchase to Pay (PtP) tool at Head Office which will make the ordering process more user friendly. You will play a key role in the preparation for the roll out of this new tool and help make the roll out a success.

The main responsibilities would be:

  • Preparation for implementation by analyzing and cleansing of the contracting base
  • Work together with the Project Team (Change & Comms, Digital Transformation, Finance, Procurement) to build an implementation plan that will be cascaded to over 400 people
  • Supporting in managing the change and the successful rollout of the new tool
  • Supporting the Head Office Buyer to implement a new way of working when it comes to purchase to pay processes

You will work primarily with the Head Office Buyer, the Contract Managers and the Project team

The department

You work in the Tenderdesk Team, in a team of 6, providing support to the Global Buyers and the 80+ HEINEKEN OpCos and contribute to building and delivering the company’s strategy.

The terms of employment

  • Your starting date is 1 September 2022
  • The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
  • The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
  • You are registered at an educational institution
  • It is a practice-oriented internship
  • You will be based in Amsterdam/Schiphol
  • You will receive an internship fee of €500 (HBO/WO)
  • You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
  • If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.
