Intern – GP&C (EverGreen F&F)

Are you a (graduate) student, passionate about Finance and Cost Consciousness Culture and looking for an experience in an international environment?

One of the key pillars of the EverGreen ambition of Heineken NV is to deliver +¤2bn Gross Savings by 2023. Our team, sitting under Global Business Control is dedicated to drive the operationalization of this ambition through the enablement of tools to report Gross Savings, definitions for measurement and reconciliation. Along with supporting the Director of the “F&F” program with the deployment of Cost-Conscious Culture across the entire organization. This internship purpose is to support the delivery of the main priorities of the team in this multi-year journey.


The internship is based in Amsterdam and available per 1st of August/September for the duration of 6 months.


Please note that all interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. You will need to provide a proof of enrolment with your application. Applications without this will not be considered.

Your responsibilities

In this internship you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting company Gross Savings reporting and tooling enablement
  • Supporting in ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements for Management
  • Supporting Cost Conscious Culture deployment to OpCos


Your profile

You are a student in a relevant field of study and you have the following:

  • Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually
  • Exceptional team player capability and eagerness to learn, share knowledge
  • Able to communicate effectively in an international environment
  • Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal
  • A pragmatic approach with a can-do mentality
  • Basic financial knowledge (controlling preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Basic PowerBi and SharePoint knowledge
