Data Internship BASE Programme

Are you a student, passionate about data analytics and business processes and looking for an experience in an international environment?

Then this internship might be suitable for you!

We are currently offering a Data Internship in the Global Process Management BI team . Over the past years, the Global Functions – Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Procurement and IT – have worked together to create a common set of core processes, embedded in a standard ERP system. These were delivered to HEINEKEN OpCos (Operating Companies) in Africa, Middle East, Asia Pasific and the Caribbean under the BASE programme. The D&T (Digital and Technology) Global Process Management (GPM) organisation now supports these OpCos in Business-as-Usual mode to help them continuously adhere to these process standards and improve on their performance.

The internship position is in the BI team of GPM. Here we build operational and management reports that support our operating companies in running their daily operations. The objective of the internship is to support us in building these reports: from clarifying specifications with our OpCos, building functional and technical designs, building the reports together with our development team, testing their output and training OpCos in using them. This internship represents a challenge due to its multicultural aspect and the need of adapting to various ways of working and communication. Simultaneously, it is a unique opportunity where you will cooperate with experts from various HEINEKEN operating companies and learn how a large and highly international organisation operates.

The internship is based in Amsterdam (currently working from home) and available immediately for a duration of 6 months, 40 hours per week (negotiable)

Please note that all interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. You will need to provide a proof of enrolment with your application. Applications without this will not be considered.
