As HR Data Lead you are Globally responsible for defining and implementing the HR Data strategy for people and organizational data. In this role you will be defining and safeguarding data quality and standards across People Function ecosystem. Creating collaborative relationships with Operating Companies and functional owners in order to ensure that data supports the business processes. Collaborating with Legal to ensure the compliance of Global Data Requirements to Data Privacy regulations continuously improving people and organizational master data quality.


Key Responsibilities:


Responsibility (nature of work): Seen as a specialist, (technical) expert in the HR data domain who understands the business needs and provides support and expertise as required. Driving continuous improvement, training and educating OpCos on data policies and procedures. Translating functional requirements into data and technical requirements and define processes for data collection from OpCos.

Data Quality Reporting and analysis: Understanding and safeguarding data standards, understanding data privacy laws. Developing data quality reports, conduct root cause analysis and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders

Stakeholder management: A productive working relationship with all relevant stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and engaged properly.

Monitoring: Ensuring people & organizational data standards are observed by operating companies. Monitoring data quality and triggers actions for improvement. Reviewing and improving data standards.

Global Programmes and projects: Performs the role of Global HR Data Lead or consults in the programmes/projects where HR master data is in scope.


For this role we are looking for someone who has a high degree of learning agility to work on continuous improvement and development. Furthermore, S/he will also participate and lead in cross functional projects and be able to liaise with a various different functions. S/he should be organized as well as be able to build and maintain relationships with all relevant cross-functional stakeholders.


Also the ideal candidate has:


Education: Bachelor level / University level

Work experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in defining, driving and communicating data standards. Experience in HR Data migration programmes, including collection and standardization.

Required work experience in field of expertise: Proven track record in HR data management. SAP SuccessFactors reporting and data migration expertise, minimally Employee Central. Knowledge of PowerBI & Atacama is a plus.

Other fields of expertise: Experience in defining, driving and communicating data standards

Functional skills: Strong analytical & communication skills. Business Understanding. Hands-on mentality, disciplined, pro-active and persuasive. Stakeholder management.

Languages: Fluent in English
