Global Lead Operational Technology

As an Operational Technology professional, you contribute to HEINEKEN’s Capex investment projects across the world. In our projects the Global Lead OT is ensuring a safe, secure and integrated design. And he/she is essential in a successful project execution by contributing during construction, start-up and operation of new, revamped and extended equipment in our breweries.

In addition, the Global Lead OT is contributing to internal projects for innovation, standardisation and quality assurance. And he/she is supporting our Connected Brewery ecosystem by enabling OT data availability.

 

To be successful in this position we expect:

  • Independent process automation (OT) professional with experience in CAPEX projects
  • Track record of process automation design and implementation in FMCG industry, preferential in food & beverage
  • Skilled in Capital project excellence, supplier relation management, building first time right and being a reliable business partner
  • Expert in PLC-SCADA systems, data analysis, reporting and IT
  • Understanding of global standards like ISA S88, ISA 95 ISA S99, TPM
  • Understanding of latest digital developments in manufacturing: IoT, AI, PCD security

 

Your work fields

You will be part of Projects and Engineering, which is situated within Global Supply Chain. You will be working in cross-functional project teams consisting of brewing, packaging, utilities, civil engineers and project managers. And you will report to the Head of Process Automation & Advanced Technologies.
