As Global Insights & Analytics Lead you are responsible for driving and maintaining the Global People Function reporting strategy and all associated Internal and External reporting in the area of the Global People Function. Your role will be responsible for all of the tools in the Reporting and Analytics technology stack to facilitate reporting and analytics in all key People areas - including recruitment, development, talent management, performance management rewards and systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking the internal stakeholders needs and convert them into solution architecture specifications in line with the overall architecture standards and roadmap of Global People Reporting together with HEINEKEN Product architects
  • Shape and deliver the People Reporting and Analytics technology roadmap to enable our business ambitions including innovations
  • Responsible for the end to end performance of the platform
  • Owner of all People Data Models
  • Oversees the teams and partners involved to deliver the product, follow up on the SLAs compliance in close relation with the stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with Domain and Enterprise Architect on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap;
  • Conducts continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures, identifies architectural optimizations, industry trends and new technologies;
  • Verifies the implementation—ensure the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meet the requirements.
  • Bringing outside in perspective on technology trends and apply them in the Heineken context
  • Owner of CIL HR Data Set
  • Own and support Annual Report Audit on People Metrics

 

For this role we are looking for someone who has a high degree of learning agility to work on continuous improvement and development. Furthermore, S/he will also participate and lead in cross functional projects and be able to liaise with a various different functions. S/he should be organized as well as be able to build and maintain relationships with all relevant cross-functional stakeholders.

 

 

Also the ideal candidate has:

  • 8+ years experience in different areas of HR as well as other Functions such as IT
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Speaks and writes fluent English, with at least one other language preferred
  • The ability to easily visualize and tell stories with the data
  • Proven track record of deriving insight from data
  • Project and Financial management
  • Team lead capabilities
  • HR acumen
