§Function/ Region: Global Procurement (HGP)
§(Sub)department: Sustainable Production
§Job purpose:  Shapes and implements the global sourcing strategy for brewery production services. Orchestrates and executes source to contract (S2C) activities along the operating model for sub-categories. Creates business value by effective and cross-functional supplier management. SPOC for production service sourcing all regions.

Roles & Responsibilities
 
§Responsibility (scope): Industrial gasses, Cleaning & Disinfection, bulk chemicals and adhesives
§Responsibility (nature of work): Global sourcing strategy, implementation and orchestration of and coordination of  all €210m of spend. Manages global supply base through supply base rationalization and supplier performance management to drive TCO optimization, inflation mitigation, security of supply and optimized supply performance including water usage reduction and CO2 self-sufficiency. Captures E2E business requirements (safety, service, cost, innovation) and embeds effective operating and contracting models.  Manages strategic supplier relationships, larger escalations and arranges cross-functional alignment and capability increase through COE’s.
§Responsibility (budget): €210m of spend, >500 suppliers global and local.
§Responsibility (stakeholders):  OpCo SCD/ Brewery- and Quality managers, PSM’s, OpCo buyers, suppliers
§Role: Global, regional and single OpCo tendering for production services incl. industrial gasses and C&D.
§Role: Maintains and continuously improves the relevant S2C process to ensure clarity, efficiency and delivery ownership across functions and global/local along process steps incl. post contract.
Role: Collaborates with all relevant global/local multi-functional stakeholders (>100). Defines and implements governance to deliver on all KPI’s incl. security of supply, TCO, sustainability, digitalization and supplier mgmt

 

Experience & Profile (What & How)

 

 

What:

§Education: Master degree in supply chain, economics, business administration or finance.
§Work experience: >5 years in procurement or supply chain, partly at an OpCo
§Required work experience in field of expertise: Supply chain procurement, tendering, supplier management, contract management,  process design and optimization, multi-functional stakeholder management, program management
§Functional skills: Commercial, analytical, communication
§Languages: English (Full Professional Proficiency)
