Your role

Have you ever wondered how all Heineken OpCos are being consolidated? Then we are looking for you!! In this role you will be responsible for the execution of the HEINEKEN Group consolidation.


Key responsibilities

  • Support the monthly Group reporting and prepare the consolidated half-year and year-end financial statements for HEINEKEN.
  • Comprehensive review & analysis to determine eliminations and adjustments for the Group consolidation, in line with IFRS and in accordance with HEINEKEN policies.
  • Business Partner for one of the HEINEKEN regions on financial reporting and support accounting for Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments.
  • Provide training and reporting guidance to OpCos.
  • Participate in various company-wide projects (e.g., IT projects, integration acquisitions).

As Financial Analyst you will report to the Manager Financial Consolidation & Reporting. Your position is based in Amsterdam Head Office.



  • Three to five years of experience in Accounting and Reporting.
  • Audit experience (big 4) is an advantage
  • Experience with accounting for M&A transactions.
  • Combine a solid financial accounting background with IT knowledge and affinity.


Competencies (Knowledge and Skills)

  • International academic accounting qualification preferably in Business Economics or Accountancy.
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience with (SAP) reporting and/or consolidation tooling
  • Fluent in English, can communicate well at all levels in the organization
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to prepare solid business cases

You have a significant role in the financial reporting process that results in the preparation of the consolidated Financial Statements in compliance with IFRS.
