Job description

  • Job purpose: As a Sr. CXO Campaigning Champion you will create and execute the campaigning strategy and vision to drive the CXO agenda. You manage a team of CXO Campaigning Champions that focusses on the build and execution of campaigns to continuously engage with our customers in order to create business value for the customer and Heineken.
  • Reports to: Global: Head of CXO 
  • Direct Reports: 1 CXO campaigning champion

Roles and Responsibilities:
Owner of the B2B campaigning strategy to drive incremental value and set-up of this capability in the OpCo.

  1. Campaign management: Responsible for designing, setting-up, managing & improve campaigns for our B2B customers based on customer segment or life cycle. You will create always-on strategies, one off campaigns (for product introductions, promotions or events) and design the input for our triggered journeys and one-off campaigns. You will look for opportunities to reach out customers via different touchpoints (email, sms, social and messaging services) and tools (AB-testing) and look for ways to link with offline channels to create omnichannel campaigns. Provide hands-on support for Local OpCo.
  2. Governance: Monitor performance of campaigns and triggered journeys and provide input for improvements via experimentation
  3. Capability: Assess capability levels in the local teams then develop and deliver training to continuously improve them.


Experience & Profile


  • Education: Bachelor level / University level
  • Work experience: 2-3 years.
  • Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing, setting up, managing & improving campaigns (preferably in a large FMCG company) or consultancy company.
  • Other fields of expertise: Training capability to make sure we embed this new capability in our OpCo’s.
  • Functional skills: Experience with marketing automation tools & social media channels. Strong analytical skills.
  • Languages: perfect English writing and speaking skills
