Function/ Region: Global Commerce

(Sub)department: Global E-Business

Job purpose: As a CXO Champion you continuously improve the customer experience on our E-Business platforms to generate business value for Heineken and our customers. Via experimentation and user research, you identify new innovations or optimize current ones. You also develop CXO skills in global and local teams

Reports to: Sr. CXO Champion


Roles and responsibilities
Generate business valueyou analyse the complete customer journey to identify painpoints or opportunities that will increase our E-Business value, volume or decrease cost to serve.  

You work closely together with different E-Business product teams as well with local OpCo’s to identify opportunities for new innovations and optimizations.

Responsibility (nature of work):

  1. User research and experimentation: conducting user research and deep divng into data to uncover pain points and identify needs and translate them into concrete AB-testing hypotheses and usecases that can improve the customer journey
  2. Improving customer journeys: Based on positive experiments you will provide changes to product teams and design teams
  3. Capability building: Supporting local teams with their CXO capabilities by giving trainings, webinars and workshops.
  4. Stakeholder management: You’ll work closely with different types of stakeholders (product owners, development teams, Product designers and local OpCo’s)

 

Experience & Profile

What:

  • Education: Bachelor/ Masters degree
  • Work experience: 3+ years
  • Required work experience in field of expertise: Experience in agile methodologies, Growth hacking, AB-testing, Conversion rate optimization, Web analytics
  • Other fields of expertise: Ability to train local teams and mature local capabilities
  • Functional skills: Google analytics, AB-testing tools, Agile tools
  • Languages: perfect English writing and speaking skills
