Your job
Ensure a pro-active and effective two-way engagement in the OpCo to manage change and mitigate the impact of the DBB implementation in the organisation by supporting the Programme Manager / Transition Manager with a structured change approach, communications planning and delivery. Create and implement change strategies to maximize employee awareness and ownership of the change.


Key Responsibilities

• Leading change management strategy for CORE, acknowledging all aspects of change - analysis, plan, implementation, communication and other associated change considerations.
• Developing change management processes and tools to support the integration and engagement with change management principles.
• Support the Transition Team to achieve a successful transition through advising and collaborating on the change challenges and best practice approach.
• Support the Regional Programme Manager to establish, maintain and execute the communications plan. Creating the change management strategy and plan and put this into action, tailored to OpCo needs and timelines

• Analyzing and evaluating the impact of changes, consulting and advising project teams on change management
• Identifying opportunities and providing expertise to build resilience to change across the organisation
• Support the onboarding, training and assessment of Key Users
• Support the identification, onboarding and training of Change Agents (where applicable)Set-up a Communication plan (OpCo and Region level)
• Evaluate trainings and communication
• Ensure the relevant transition toolkit clusters are up to date and tools and templates are according to best practices


Your Profile:

• 10+ years of relevant change management experience
• Experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change strategy, plans and communications, and designing change interventions
• Experience of facilitating and guiding change initiatives, managing teams without managerial influence
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and excellent skills in relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organization
• Excellent presentation skills and written and verbal English
• Good organizational skills
• Strong cultural awareness and versatility in styles
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
• Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue
