Our Sales organization works as an integrated team with the same mission: winning in the market! The Sales organization has two disciplines: Retail and Out of Home (OOH). Out of Home are the locations where you consume your Heineken directly. Hotels, restaurants and bars for example but also events, catering, wholesalers, petrol stations and amusement parks. Retail concerns the supermarkets in the Netherlands.
Winning new distribution and expanding existing distribution is top priority for Retail and OOH. Through great cooperation between the departments, we can build profitable brands, achieve volume growth and work the market in an efficient and effective way, all within an entrepreneurial culture.
