Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the learning and capability strategy to achieve current and future fit capability requirements.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends and developments and ensure that the business has a solution to support the various generational learning requirements.
- Continuously review new learning methodologies and processes to stay best in class.
- Identify and assess continuous improvement and current training initiatives through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments.
- · Work closely with management, supervisors, and team leaders to identify skill gaps and performance
- improvement opportunities
- Develop Training Programs.
- ·Design and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
- Deliver Training.Facilitate training sessions and workshops, to ensure employees are well-equipped with the necessary skillsand knowledge
- Create and Manage Training Calendar.
- Develop and maintain an annual training calendar to ensure all training activities are scheduled and executed efficiently
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness.
- ·Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers toensure the training programs are effective and meet the desired outcomes
- Adapt Training Programs.
- Amend and revise training programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Support Line Managers.
- Assist line managers and trainers in solving specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or ingroups
- Requirements:
- Min 5 years related experience with training and management in a professional environment.
- ·Experience in managing programs and vendors.
- Experience in implementing programs and processes to achieve Skills Development Act / BBBEE SD targets.
- ·Knowledge of adult learning processes, instructional design techniques, and evaluation methodologies
- ·Knowledge of the effectiveness of learning methods
- Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
- · Experience in project management and budgeting
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
- Excellent Knowledge of and training experience on Microsoft 365 toolset.
- Practical experience with MS Office Suite, SAP and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees andvendors.
- Strong organisational skills with business-oriented thinking
- Demonstrated ability to maximise individual and team performance through developing and introducinglearning and development programs and initiatives.
- Deep understanding of effective leadership behaviors
- Proven ability to deliver learning and development programs in an efficient manner, preferably in a Shared
- Services Centre or Contact Centre environment
