Operating effectively

Provide administrative and process support to the Marketing, Trade Channel and 6 regions to manage Merchandising and Procurement processes of BTL campaigns in SAP CRM

  • Load all campaigns into SAP CRM to provide accurate briefing documentation to the HIVE Buyers to do their Request for Quote (RFQ)
  • Go through new BOT One pagers to ensure everything is 100% correct
  • Submit simulation request to Distell BOT
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes from buyers to ensure we meet the service level agreements we have with Marketing
  • Manage approval process in CRM with campaign owners and ensure orders are placed timeously by buyers
  • Manage deliveries into regions to be On Time and in Full.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure 100% accurate allocations of merchandise in campaigns.
  • Provide accurate 3rd party briefing documents to Trade Marketing
  • Manage merchandise usage on campaign level
  • Perform year end Cutover process OTIF
  • Manage write offs for campaign merchandise
  • Manage customers using reporting in BIP and Tableau

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:


  • Relevant Tertiary qualification would be advantageous (for example procurement diploma) but not required where work experience in a similar field is sufficient
  • Knowledge around Channels, the Tiering of our Customers, the storelists selected by Campaign owners for their activities and applying different sets of merchandise to groups within this storelist taking account the POS requirements for each of the various National and Regional Group accounts
  • Knowledge of the Procurement processes and how to process in SAP CRM, SAP ERP and COUPA.
  • Be comfortable with continues change in systems we use and processes
  • Knowledge of Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales structures
  • Professional behaviour, actions and communications
  • Be able to operate in a blended work model where some days are at the office in Stellenbosch while  some might be from home dependant on Business requirements
