Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based in the Cellar Department, JC Le Roux in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will report into the Process Controller.

Key Performance Areas include, but not limited to:

• Receiving and dispatch of product
• Drawing of samples
• Wine Adjustments
• Blending Activities
• Stocktaking
• Housekeeping
• Other Ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate must have the following qualification, experience/skills:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• A forklift license will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a cellar environment
• Be able to work on heights and confined spaces
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to work shifts or overtime when required
• Must have reliable transport to and from work
