Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based in Adam Tas Cluster, Stellenbosch. This successful applicant will report to the Packaging Manager, Adam Tas, Stellenbosch.

You will be required to do the following:

  • Ensure governance of general administrative tasks.
  • Execute effective confirmation of production orders, bulk verification, and machine labour hours.
  • Ensure and execute compliance to all ICC processes and procedures.
  • Executive OPI Nona administration.
  • Assist with budget preparations.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports for OPI Nona, unplanned downtime, material losses and   write offs.
  • Assist with MDWT in production.
  • Effective monitoring of production order variances.
  • Assist with Mini Businesses in Production.
  • Supports departmental goals and objectives by ensuring availability of production information readily and quickly
  • Ensures accuracy of all data captured through the timely correction of errors and implementation of regular data health checks.
  • Manages all SAP related reports and requirements
  • Actively follows up and effectively closes all production related queries affecting production stocks of materials and finished goods with the warehouse and finance.
  • Accurately checks, captures and file all production information according to production reports into the various reporting tools and systems

 

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

  • A relevant diploma or degree (e.g. Business Administration, Office management, etc) 
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a production / FMCG environment admin
  • Computer literate in MS Office and SAP  
  • Good communication skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to ensure task completion.
  • Strong personality, be innovative, self-driven and able to work under pressure.
  • Be able to always act professionally and in confidence 
  • Be able to work independently and under pressure 
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities are essential 
  • Attention to detail is essential 
  • Task orientated ability to take initiative and solve problems
