Key performance areas include (but are not limited to):

•    Collecting and delivering goods on behalf of Heineken Beverages .

•    Transporting employees upon instruction from Security & Risk Controller           (IOD Centre, external training interventions etc.).    

•    Maintaining good internal and external customer relations. 

•    Active participation in Mini-Business activities (Mission Directed Work                 Teams).

•    Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean.

•    Assist with housekeeping, gardening and maintenance functions around the       site as and when requested. 

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

•    At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity (transporting people and or       goods).

•    Grade 12 Matric cerificate

•    An unendorsed and valid driving licence (Code EB).

•    A valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).

•    A valid Code C1 driving licence.

•    A clean driving record.

•    Own or reliable transport to and from work.

•    Ability to cope with the inherent physical demands of the position.

•    Willingness to work shifts and extended hours (occasionally weekends)              when required.

•    Reliable and flexible team player with sober habits.

•    Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

•    Knowledge of area roads and neighbourhoods.

•    Familiarity with GPS devices.
