Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based in Gqeberha Manufacturing Plant. This person will report to the Plant Manager

You will be required to do the following:

• Schedule meetings & appointments
• Book flights, arrange travel, accommodation and transportation
• Plan and organize management functions and other events
• Execute placement of critical purchase requisitions and hospitality orders
• Prepare agenda’s and take meeting notes
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Answer calls, send emails and handle correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality of employer information.
• Cleric support to the plant management team.
• Task management service to the plant management team.
• Ensure governance of general administrative tasks.

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

• National Diploma in Management, Administration or equivalent
• 1-3 years in a production /FMCG environment
• Computer literate in the MS office packages, advanced MS Excel. Working knowledge of SAP ERP within a packaging environment will be considered an advantage.

• Strong personality, be innovative, self-driven and able to work under pressure.
