You will be part of the AMEE HyperAutomation Hub team (AHH), which is one of the regional hubs within the Technology stream. AHH is a fusion team focusing on embedding technology into business by identifying & implementing automation opportunities across AMEE OpCos, aligned with the governance and platforms offered by global Smart Technologies product team, which also consists of a team that is specialized in UiPath, OutSystems (Low code) and various Microsoft products like Chatbot, Power Apps and Power Automate Cloud.

 

Technology Specialist - HyperAutomation Business Analyst has the primary task to support the Product Owner in translating and refining the business requirements of potential business process candidates for HyperAutomation opportunities into a buildable solution together with the developers and platform engineers. The Analyst role is focused on the elicitation of the functional requirements in close cooperation with diverse HEINEKEN business teams. Besides the focus on automating processes, you will also support the further development of the product by helping with internal improvement initiatives, such as various Proof of Value’s for new technology, or team/process optimizations. 

 

The product teams in Heineken D&T are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. All D&T product teams work in a setup according to agile framework and scrum methodology.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Supporting the Product Owner in translating functional requirements of potential business processes automation into a buildable digital solution.
  • Drive awareness and adoption for HyperAutomation in AMEE opcos accordingly identify and scale automation opportunities.
  • Lead the process discovery and value engineering activities, Translating functional requirements of potential RPA business processes into actual RPA solutions.
  • Accelerate HA solution delivery by participating in the full automation life cycle, being business intake, technology selection, IT readiness and all required support during development, testing and go-live.
  • Understanding business requirements, assessing the complexity of these and translate and maintaining process design documentation and communication of functional and process changes.
  • Ensuring the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements and HEINEKEN standards and best practices (i.e., Quality, Architecture, Compliance & Security);
  • Delivering working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero-defect culture.
  • Collaborates with Developers on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall best practices.
  • Driving Proof of Value’s and other internal team projects.
  • Conducts continuous improvement analysis on existing internal processes and identifies process optimizations.

 

Education and Experience:

  • You have Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You have a proven track record as Business Analyst (minimum 3+ years), with at least 2 years of experience as Automation Business Analyst.
  • You have problem solving and root cause identification skills and you are not afraid to drive projects and really take ownership in making it a success.
  • You are able to drive decisions and recommendations about which technology is the most suitable for the business process / problem.
  • You are analytically and quantitatively strong and are highly structured.
  • You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people.
  • You are a team player, and you are able to work effectively at all levels of the product team with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
  • You are able to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others.
  • You have can-do and hands-on attitude while dealing with some uncertainty in requirements & features to deliver MVP solutions.
  • You have experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles.
  • Preferably you have experience with working in an Agile environment.
  • Preferably you have experience with working with additional technologies like OCR, IDP and/or Process Mining
  • You have technical skills / knowledge on Power platform (PowerApps, Dataverse, etc.) , OutSystems, RPA, and other automation technologies.
