Purpose of the Position

The Asset Deployment Manager is responsible for the operational deployment, delivery, installation, maintenance, refurbishment, and rebranding of trade assets. This role ensures that assets are timeously deployed and maintained in line with the strategy to support the company's growth objectives and market share goals. The Asset Deployment Manager will work closely with the Asset Strategy Manager to execute asset-related strategies and ensure smooth operational processes.

 

 

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Operational Deployment: Oversee deployment, ensuring that trade assets are installed and operational in alignment with strategic plans.
  • Asset Delivery: Coordinate and manage the delivery of assets to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of deployment requirements.
  • Installation & Maintenance: Manage the installation of new assets and the ongoing maintenance of existing equipment, ensuring they meet operational standards and are in good working condition.
  • Refurbishments & Rebranding’s: Handle refurbishments and rebranding’s of assets, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to execute updates effectively.
  • Process Management: Implement and manage operational processes related to asset deployment, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with field teams and contractors to ensure seamless execution of asset delivery and installation tasks.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of asset installations and maintenance, addressing any issues promptly to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on deployment progress, asset status, and any operational challenges to the Trade Asset Strategy Manager.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and practices, contributing to enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Follow Heineken Beverages policies and procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

 

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration

 

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience within FMCG environment.
  • Strong operational background, with a proven track record of execution.
  • Good understanding of customers and shopper behavior.
  • An innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
