Highly skilled and versatile Revenue Management Expert who is responsible for driving revenue growth and improving operating margin through effective pricing strategy, mix and margin management, promotional effectiveness, trade terms management, pricing execution, and price compliance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing revenue management initiatives to support our overall business strategy.
Trade Terms Strategy & Governance:
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust Trade Terms framework that drives sustainable growth and profitability.
- Align Trade Terms structure with commercial strategy, pricing principles, and Route-to-Consumer (RtC) priorities.
- Ensure compliance, transparency, and auditability of Trade Terms processes across all channels and customers.
- Regularly benchmark against market practices and global standards to ensure competitiveness and consistency.
Investment Effectiveness & Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer investments, rebates, and discount structures to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Category teams to ensure all investments deliver measurable ROI and contribute to profitable volume growth.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor and report on customer profitability and spend efficiency.
Strategic Business Partnering:
- Serve as the strategic advisor to Sales and Key Account Management teams on Trade Terms decisions and negotiation strategies.
- Support annual customer planning and negotiations by providing data-driven insights and financial simulations.
- Ensure Trade Terms frameworks reflect the right balance between competitiveness, affordability, and margin protection.
Policy, Process, and Compliance Management:
- Own and continuously improve Trade Terms policies, guidelines, and governance routines.
- Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure alignment on risk management and internal control requirements.
- Support audits and ensure accurate Trade Terms documentation and approval workflows.
- Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead post-event analysis to assess Trade Terms effectiveness and impact on overall business performance.
- Identify opportunities for simplification and harmonization across regions and customer groups.
- Share best practices within the RMG community and support capability-building initiatives across the commercial organization.
Education and competencies
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience
- 5-10 years proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics, pricing methodologies, and revenue management best practices.
- Proficient in using revenue management software and tools.
- Strong business and financial acumen and the ability to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue growth and improving operating margin.
