Key Responsibilities

 

  • Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
  • ·Effective and efficient quality checks ensuring data quality, consistency, and synchronization of data
  • master.
  • Manage the efforts to cleanse, organize and update master data on an on-going basis using the data quality model.
  • Works with business units and appropriate team members to resolve Master Data issues in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Execute day to day master data tasks in compliance with defined processes, policies, performancemetrics and service level agreements to ensure delivery meets customer expectations.
  •  Ensure all necessary data is available, accurate, compliant, and consistent.
  • Consistently produces accurate, thorough, and organized work with attention to detail.
  • Operate and manage established systems for the management of internal data and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
  • Ensure Replication of data is conducted in a timely manner.
  •  Be an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Master Data changes.
  • Assist in Vendor masterdata.

 

Requirements

 

  • A completed relevant Degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  •  SAP experience is essential.
  •  Computer literate in MS Office Suite will be advantageous.
  • To embrace change by adapting current work practices and procedures to respond to changing /different situations.
  • ·Microsoft applications (Word - Excel) & analytical computer skills.
  • Experience of creating, managing and analysing records/data through computerized systems,
  • ideally in multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment.
  • Time management, planning and organization.
