Purpose of the job:

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the buildings. Performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organization and the main custodian for upkeep of housekeeping

Key Responsibilites:

• Maintain all general housekeeping of the Brand home and its operations.
• Prepare for all tea/coffee/meal services before and throughout conferences, meetings, or special events.
• Responsible for cleaning of tasting room, conference facilities and restaurant throughout the day. All floors, surfaces, glassware, doors, windows.
• Prepare all public spaces before guests arrive.
• Report any maintenance, cleaning or safety related issues observed.
• Manage and take stock of all cleaning materials and equipment.
• Follow Heineken Beverages policies and procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:

• Matric
• Relevant courses or certificates in cleanliness and hygiene management
• Proven experience as a general worker in a hospitality environment.
• Front of house or service experience
• Food and beverage preparation experience
• Proactive
• Self-leading with minimal supervision
• Willing to be flexible and adapt to change.
• Able to work after hours and weekends, public holidays, and festive seasons.
