Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for cleaning and sterilizing tanks and all cellar equipment and to pump and rack wine.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Assisting in all facets operations in the cellar
•     Blending of product
•       Offloading and loading of delivery vehicles
•       Make use of only clean bottles with new sealed capsules.
•       Addition of chemicals and fining agents to wine or juice
•          Reponsible for housekeeping in the cellar
•          To perform at any time any required function.

Education & Experience

•  Matric
•            2-3 years in a cellar environment
•      Must be able to adapt to the cellar environment
