WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for Finance business partner for the Brewery/Maltery Manager with responsibility for delivery of financial controlling and leadership for the site. WHAT ARE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively sit on the site leadership team and take the lead for all finance performance management, planning and control activities
- Participate in the formulation of finance and control policies and/or procedures, and - after approval - ensure its execution
- Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and control cycle for the site
- Ensure preparation, explanation and follow-up on management reports in line with local requirements
- Advise, challenge and act as a business partner towards the Brewery - Manager on issues and decisions with a financial implication (e.g. strategic investments/divestments)
- Visible presence in the operation working with local leaders and function leadership to improve performance and productivity

EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATE
- 5+ years of experience in a business partnering role.
- Masters business degree or professional accountancy qualification
- Operations finance experience in a production/manufacturing business and experience from FMCG industry preferred experience - Clear and credible communicator – verbal and presentations
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of operations finance – product costing, stock accounting, operational KPIs

REMUNERATION INFORMATION
- Basic gross monthly salary min. 2700 + annual bonus up to 14%. Final salary depends on previous experiences of candidate.
