Financial Controller - Sales (Commercial Finance Business Partner)

WHAT ARE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Month-End Closing & Controlling
- Perform postings, checks and validations to ensure accurate data
- Manage accruals and key P&L activities during month-end
- Calculate financial results and reconcile with BW data
- Calculate bonuses / discounts and manage related financial assessments
- Perform Business Warehouse data downloads
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports
- Deliver deviation and variance analyses versus plan/forecast
- Submit revenue uploads to HQ
- Support cost monitoring and optimization efforts
- Contribute to transforming our reporting landscape
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare budget files and support the full annual planning cycle
- Upload plans into SAP Hana
- Estimate commercial costs and ensure correct periodization
Commercial Business Partnering
- Lead sales budgets, forecasts and performance reviews
- Provide day-to-day financial support to Sales and challenge decisions with data-driven insights
- Support ad-hoc analyses that guide strategy and investment choices
Control & Compliance
- Strengthen financial governance around trade spend, discounts, and promotions
- Implement and monitor internal controls aligned with company and group policies
- Drive efficiency and automation in processes and claims settlement
- Support external audit and participate in testing new solutions
- Tariff Price list management
