We are looking for Commercial Controlling Manager with strong strategic and analytical thinking, decent technical abilities and managing skills, who will enjoy leading small team and work with data. WHAT ARE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- participate in the formulation and/or preparation of the trading strategy for the assigned country and related strategic, annual and Rofo plans from a finance and control perspective, in cooperation with business leadership
- formulate/participate in the formulation of finance and control policies and/or procedures, and - after approval - ensure its execution in line with cluster finance strategy
- plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and control cycle within the assigned country
- ensure preparation, explanation and follow-up on management reports, in line with local requirements
- advise, challenge and act as a business partner towards management within the country on issues and decisions with a financial implication (e.g. investments, trading strategy)
- leading team of Commercial Controller and Commercial Analyst
EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATE
- masters business degree or professional accountancy qualification
- 5-10 years of experience in an FP&A, business partnering role. Ability to partner finance and non-finance stakeholders
- clear and credible communicator – verbal and presentations, strong attention to detail
- balanced skill set of broad financial competencies and business / strategic acumen
- advanced level at MS Excel
- experience in commercial controlling roles in the FMCG sector
- ability to work autonomously, strong strategic thinking
- goal-oriented person, able to face challenging situations, team player, solution-oriented, super drive – comfortable challenges, experienced in driving business
- high level of English
REMUNERATION INFORMATION
- Basic gross monthly salary min. 3800€ + annual bonus 14% on targeted level. Final salary depends on previous experiences of candidate.

1.5.2026/on agreement
