Sierra Leone Brewery Limited is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Finance Strategy Manager’s Vacancy.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Be a first-class business partner for the Management team by providing reliable, relevant and timely information to drive fact-based decision making and revenue & cost management, supporting the development and maintenance of medium and long term OpCo strategy.

KEY DESCRIPTION

Leadership

• Create a high performing Controlling team through leadership, individual/ team training & development plans, effective performance management.

Business Partnering and Decision Support

• Support the OpCo management team in strategic direction setting as well as cross-functional strategic alignment through scenario modelling, profit pool analysis and strategic alternatives evaluation.

Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting

• Lead and co-ordinate the governance cycle for the OpCo as a whole and support the OpCo MT in delivering the SP, AP and forecasting Estimates,

Business Performance Management

• Monitor and develop insight on the quantitative and qualitative performance of the OpCo

Control, Compliance and Risk Management

• Establish and implement policies and processes to ensure the integrity of accounting records and financial information

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

Candidates applying should have at least a BSC in Accounting and Finance or ACCA Certified Holder or Second-Class Lower Division or any other related discipline from a recognized Institution or University.

Minimum 5 - 10 years relevant experience in Accounting & Strategy from any industry preferably FMCG or Mining
