We are looking for Corporate Communications Manager to play a key role in supporting the business and the CA Director in shaping, driving and executing corporate and functional strategy for internal and external communications. He/she builds strong partnerships internally and externally to proactively demonstrate OpCo’s competitive advantages to all stakeholder groups. Based on OpCo’s business priorities and overarching CA strategy Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for building internal and external communications strategy and annual plan. He/she initiates, drives and executes specific key initiatives across OpCo and oversees OpCo engagement in external communications at the industry level. Corporate Communications Manager supports the CA function to deliver world-class change communication aligned to the EverGreen transformation. The role ensures clear and consistent messaging for the realization of the corporate and functional strategy.


If you are ready:


Internal communications

  • Support the Company in corporate strategy/key initiatives and OpCo annual plan/priorities roll-out: localizing global communications campaigns for HeiRu employees, partnering with the Management Team in top-down communications strategy
  • Initiate and lead company mobilization campaigns according to business priorities: partnering with business to energize the organization and activate leaders and employees.
  • Set strategic direction and manage internal communications tools: corporate magazine, Workplace, regular business updates, etc.
  • Strategic partner in content development and editor-in-chief: edit, proof-read and improve other writer’s inputs
  • Develop and apply appropriate metrics that can evaluate and gauge the effectiveness and impact of internal communication strategy and its components to allow continuous improvements
  • A leading role in anti-crisis communications


External communications

  • Develop strategy, shape and deliver external communications plan: identify and deliver against key priority streams (Sustainability agenda, Employer branding, Optimal Business climate, etc) by systematically using appropriate communication tools and channels
  • Foster commentary programme: at federal and regional level ensure consistent presence in media on key regulatory issues, as well as corporate agenda in accordance with the plan
  • Lead and contribute to a broad range of key communications projects by partnering with marketing and sales teams to translate business priorities into sound messages and deliver them externally
  • Drive and develop relationships with key Russian media, both traditional and digital
  • Develop and implement appropriate metrics that can evaluate and gauge the effectiveness and impact of external communications to allow continuous improvements
  • Shepherd the position of HEINEKEN in the Association of Beer Producers to strengthen beer industry agenda
  • Manage anti-crisis communications
  • Provide strong leadership through coaching and developing a direct subordinate. Manage and collaborate with communications agencies.


And you have:

  • University degree in PR, social sciences;
  • 8-10 years of experience in leading and implementing internal and external communications on a variety of complex business topics, in managing change, projects and transformational activities on a functional / organizational level;
  • Experience with engagement and collaboration tools, like MS Teams Live events, knowledge of comms & engagement trends, good knowledge of business acumen;
  • Structured and organized thinker, able to manage multiple projects at the same time, skilled stakeholder manager, builds collaborative relationships, team player;
  • Fluency in English.
