Scope of role

This role serves as a D&T technical interface between our local OpCo and the Global Team, translating business requirements (i.e. change requests) / bug reports for our strategic applications into technical terms that the Global Team can understand.

The role will require interactions with the broader business. It requires an analytical mindset, as well as a customer focused attitude. This is also a great entry point into the IT team, with the opportunity to evolve into project manager or business consultant.

The scope of this role is purely on the technical side and not that of a key user, which remains in the business.

Profile
  • As this role involves supporting global applications & contact with the global team, a solid grasp of the English language is required.
  • Good communication skills, preferably with experience in collaborating with people outside of those working in Administration. Background in Support / Customer Support would be a plus.
  • Very good organizational skills, some basic project management skills are a plus.
  • Some awareness on the concept of application architectures, change management and how to identify and classify bugs / issues.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and working according to a priority list.
