Title:  Brand Manager

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team and become a HEINEKEN Maker. What this means? It means you will play a key role in bringing to consumer brands like Heineken, Neumarkt or Golden Brau.


Implements the brand strategy for the assigned brand in order to ensure value and volume market share growth and profitability, in line with company strategy.


Portfolio Management:

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of brand role in category and segment, and uses price and pack architecture to tailor brand propositions in each channel.
  • Shows strong analytical skills in measuring and tracking key performance indicators for the brand and is able to extract valuable commercial insights to unlock growth opportunities or address potential barriers.


Consumer at the center:

  • Uses research and other sources of information to regularly monitor consumer behavior at all relevant consumer touch points, including the POP.
  • Generates relevant consumer insights for brand building differentiation.
  • Stays up to date with market dynamics and makes regular market visits in order to stay in touch with market reality.


Brand Strategy:

  • Aligns to the long term vision and strategy, short term plans and activations for the allocated brand, in order to support the approved brand vision. 
  • Ensures the right implementation of brand identity guidelines and all aspects of brand communication (inside and outside the company)

Breakthrough Communication:

  • Collaborates with Media Manager and Media agency to ensure the implementation of media strategy for dedicated brand, in line with Brand Communication objectives

Channels Understanding:

  • Demonstrates an understanding of channel segmentation and the role of different channels in Brand Strategy and activation. Creates organizational alignment and commitment to effectively roll out the planned activities across Commercial functions (Sales, Trade Marketing). 

Brand Financial Agility:

  • Demonstrates a good understanding of brand P&L that allows him/her to properly evaluate financial opportunities and work together with finance team to deliver clear business cases with sound financial recommendations. 



•    We are looking for an ambitious marketer with a proven growth mindset that is focused on winning together with the team and on continuously developing oneself and others around. 
•    Experience in Marketing – minimum 5 years; ideal previous experience in Brand Manager roles
•    Proven Project Management skills and great presentation skills 
•    Consumer centric and solution-oriented mindset
•    Excellent communication skills - ability to coordinate with multiple teams and connect across different stakeholders
•    English Language proficiency: fluent
