Your mission:

Produce e-commerce reports and provide insights to support sales teams on excellent execution on ecommerce transformation, maximizing the customers Onboarding and Adoption pace, as well as customer value.

 

Location: Vialonga

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define, in liaison with the Ecommerce manager, the B2B ecommerce reports plan, ways of working and rituals with regards to Ecommerce reporting
  • Secure data accuracy, and on time in full reporting for key stakeholders, as defined
  • Provides reporting and insights to support the Transformation lead on the mission to implement the ecommerce vision and strategy for On Trade channel
  • Produces e-commerce reports and provide insights to support sales teams and the Adoption Lead on excellent execution on e-commerce transformation, maximizing the customers Onboarding and Adoption pace, as well as customer value
  • Provides reporting based on customer ecommerce usage / experience, enabling actionable insights for the Transformation lead
  • Regularly communicate with internal customers to request feedback and gather suggestions aiming improve the B2B ecommerce reporting plan and ways of working
  • Provide data based insights to the Ecommerce Product Owner supporting the product enhancement prioritization decision making process
  • Engage with key stakeholders (i.g. sales organisation, finance, etc)  to understand and address their reporting needs and pain points, as well as to keep them informed about new reports and / or improvements made

We want you to bring:

  • Degree and / Or Master in Management, Maths or Engineering
  • 2 or 3 years of experience in ecommerce related roles (preferably in a B2B environment)
  • Experience in designing and/or participating in the design of CRM strategies (preferably)
  • Experience with reporting tools for ecommerce
  • Business analytical skills: ability to identify opportunities/gaps, drawing correct and realistic conclusions based on the information available and the weighing of pros and cons to drive continuous improvement of service and customer value
  • Data driven: Ability to handle large data sets and metadata standards.
  • Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • Good Knowledge in Excel & Power Bi
