Market Specialist Trainee

 

Your Mission

This specific role is part of the local Marketing Team , but with direct report to CMI Manager

The company has more and more sources of information and it is critical to consolidate and organize them to have a single and integrated view of the Market in order to drive data driven decisions and help top line growth and margin.

 

Location: Vialonga (Hybrid)

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Structure and Organize market information from different sources. Identify local measurement approach based on available data sources and prepare structured/unstructured large data sets for analytics purpose.
  • Develop, deliver and evolve existing commercial performance reports / dashboards (Market Share Power Bis) and provide ongoing insights on results.
  • Measured and validate the market performance on a daily/weekly basis through standardized dashboards.
  • Support local teams in daily needs of market information and doubts.
  • Lease the day-to-day relationship of internal needs with Nielsen and other data providers.

 

We want you to bring:

  • Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business or similar;
  • 1-2 years experience required in a similar Analyst role in FMCG (preferred) or retail or agency side in ad tech or digital consulting (preferred);
  • Working knowledge in statistics and using tools;
  • Excellent data mining, data wrangling skills, cleaning and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (mandatory) and PowerBI (preferred);
  • Portuguese (Fluent);
  • English (preferred);
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
