Service Coordinator

Your Mission: Support of service delivery (insourced or outsourced) of all IT operations in SCC, regardless of sourcing (locally or centrally).


 

Who will you report to: Service Delivery Manager

 

Location: Vialonga  

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develops standards, procedures and work instructions;
  • Contribute to the development of an operational strategic OpCo IT plan;
  • Ensures proactive involvement with projects of all respective parties to define requirements, formulate service level agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with relevant stakeholders;
  • Coordinates service delivery;
  • Ensure full operational service delivery;
  • Establishes regular status reports on system performance, availability and capacity;
  • Create periodic analyses and reports upon service metrics.

 

We want you to bring:

  • Degree;
  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG companies and/or IT operations;
  • ITIL certification;
  • Strong experience in IT Service Delivery;
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and ERP integrated platforms, digital technologies, mobility;
  • Experience in SAP software solutions, technology and business process outsourcing;
  • Technical expertise in infrastructure area; mobility, networking, virtualization, storage and backup, web (cloud, hosting, DNS);
  • Solid understanding of application technology stack (operability, connectivity);
  • Excellent language skills in English
