Your mission:

This job has an important contribution for a Customer Centric Organization through:

Ensuring compliance with defined Project Management methodology on Sales projects and initiatives, by supporting project teams on the planning, execution and monitoring;

Conducting Process Mapping activities in order to contribute to continuous improvement of Sales processes and initiatives;

Performing customer feedback analysis to extract valuable customer insights to propose new projects and initiatives to business areas, that will increase customer satisfaction.

 

You will report to: Customer Experience Manager and functionally to Sales Acceleration Manager. This role has no direct reports.

 

Location: Vialonga  

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Knows and guarantees project management methodology of Sales functional area, ensuring all projects and initiatives led by the role are compliant with defined methodology;
  •  
  • Define, develops and maintains detailed project plans and timelines, in order for projects and initiatives to be delivered On Time In Full;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones, ensuring expectations of diverse stakeholders are aligned and managed;
  • Create Process Maps: develop clear and detailed maps of current sales processes;
  • Identify Improvement opportunities: analyze processes to find areas for enhancement, proposes which ones should be prioritized and a roadmap for processes revision or optimization;
  • Collaborate with teams: ensures gathering of inputs and feedback from key stakeholders, incorporating into priority proposals and recommendations for actions;
  • Implement Changes: assist in executing and integrating process improvements by coordinating with stakeholders, updating workflows and ensuring seamless adoption within the impacted teams;
  • Champion a Customer Centric Organization, by supporting teams in designing and implement customer focused processes to improve customer experience, customer retention and drive long term
  • Gather feedback from various sources such as surveys, customer interactions, online reviews among others, and share with relevant teams and stakeholders in a structured and systematized way to drive action;
  • Deploy global processes and tools: use analytical tools to interpret feedback data and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement;
  • Responsible for deriving actionable insights from the customers feedback to inform sales strategies and decision-making

 We want you to bring:

  • Degree in Business Administration or another related field
  • Certification in Project Management, is a plus (preferable PMP or other relevant specialization)
  • Previous experience in similar roles is highly valued, at least 4 years preferably
  • 2 years of Experience in Project Management, process quality & improvement and customer feedback Experience  
  • Specific Project Management Systems & Tools knowledge is a plus (Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software (JIRA), Business Process Management (ARIS), and databases systems)
  • Experience in Process Mapping it is a requirement
  • Experience in roles dealing with Customer Centricity
  • Strong senior stakeholders management
  • Strategically focused, results driven, and good capacities in prioritize workloads and manage deadlines
  • High level of English C1, Fluent in Portuguese
  • Hold the legal documents required for the provision of subordinate labour in Portugal at the time of application (exclusion factor).
