Your mission: Develop and implement Planned Maintenance according to Company policies, strategic goals and compliance with Quality, Environment and Safety , in order to ensure the efficiency continuous improvement and the service level agreed, as ensures reliability and availability of production and utilities equipment through reactive analyses and pro-active embed and deploy the HACS into and from the EAM/CMMS. Facilitates CI program, owns management of change & compliance process.

Your responsabilities:

• Develop, Implement and update maintenance plans;
• Ensure maintenance plans tasks execution/evaluation;
• Collect general and local food/safety & legal related to maintenance tasks and translate into maintenance plans for execution;
• Ensure TPM activities implementation;
• BDA execution;
• Prepare breakdown deployment and Efficiency Loss deployment;
• Lead improvement teams;
• Ensure Improvement proposals implementation for Utilities and packaging lines;
• Support tag solving;
• Develop and publish OPL’s
• Executes asset condition and integrity assessments;
• Supports identification & transfer of quality tasks to operations AM Team step 5 (including quality inspection, Q-points);
• Executives mainly reactive maintenance engineering. Does and supports reactive analyses (kaizen, breakdown analysis, failure mode analysis) using UPS tools. Facilitates CI program (training). Owns MOC process;
• Ensure Maintenance archive and technical documents actualized;
• Facilitates maintenance BDA analysis and supports UPS program.

We want you to bring:

• Bachelor or Graduation in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory);
• Minimum professional experience of 2 years;
• Experience in Maintenance, knowledge of TPM, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode, Effect & Critical Analysis (FMECA);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Good communication skills; 
• Be in possession of legal documents necessary for the provision of subordinate work in Portugal at the time of application (exclusion factor).
