Vendor Account Management Analyst/Senior

Your responsibilities may include:

  • taking care of reconciliation of open items on vendor’s accounts, and reduction of number of open items
  • managing and reconciling outstanding, not cleared items on GRIR accounts
  • developing and maintaining successful working relationships with stakeholders
  • providing reports, analysis on relevant database and documentation for audit
  • performing daily tasks (depending on assigned role) in alignment with SOPs and company policies
  • collaborating with OpCo Users to explain, clarify and reconcile open items
  • responding to queries and requests based on agreed timelines, developing successful working relationship with vendors.

You are a good match if you have:

  • fluency in English
  • very good excel skills
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • knowledge of SAP
  • problem solving skills
  • diligent, independent and systematic approach to work.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

  • Experience in GRIR maintenance and Vendor Reconciliation Process.
