Transport Management Business Analyst (Supply Chain)

Transport Management Hub Business Analyst support the TM Hub implementation. The role is subject matter expert (SME) and is the source of knowledge, technique, or expertise in Transport Management area


You are a good match if you have:

  • Programme and/or project experience and can work independently
  • A deep understanding and experience within transportation operations and is open to other business areas
  • A deep understanding of the business processes and the business requirements
  • A drive for (efficiency) improvements and business process optimisation
  • Experience in IT projects

  • An ability to align with and influence business process owners within Global and the OpCo
  • An ability to analyse business processes and interdependencies
  • An ability to adjust to the shop floor level and keep our business efficiency at the centre


Your daily tasks may include:


Mapping as-is OpCo (Solution ID) and prepare transition

  • Collecting and assessing local requirements (mandatory and optional)
  • Ensuring alignment between Global OTM template and TM
  • Hub processes, both evaluating and proposing changes (as
  • needed)
  • Approving the updating of standards and detailed working instructions

Supporting knowledge transfer and ramp-up of new operations

  • Taking part of the training and onboarding of TM Hub employees
  • Providing (process) input for training and onboarding of OpCo employees (Logistics and neighbouring functions)
  • Reviewing SOPs (quality check)
  • Coordinating activities with other HGSS functions and teams (e.g. creation of SLAs and KPI dashboards)
  • Tackling arising questions and issues during parallel run (shadow planning), go-live, and stabilization

Contributing to the overall development of the Transport Capability at HEINEKEN

  • Identifying improvement opportunities in standard processes and systems
  • Proposing (future) transport management technology enhancements (e.g. tools outside OTM)

Liasing with Global Functions

  • Global CS&L for standards and capabilities
  • Global Purchasing on 3rd Party Logistics Providers management
