Talent Acquisition Administrator (internship)

Support Functions & Hubs are an integral part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services (HGSS) Center and represent various functions vital for successful performance of the whole HGSS. They include internal finance, HR, transformation programs, operational excellence, global control & process improvement and other. Our aim is to support other departments to ensure right business decisions are taken. We serve multiple services inside of our organization.

Talent Acquisition is a vital part of HGSS existence that helps to bring the best talent from the market to our company. 

You are a good match if you have:
•    interest to kick-start your career in recruitment and HR

•    good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

•    recently obtained or studying towards your Bachelor or Master’s degree (last or second-to-last year of studies)

•    English on at least B2 level

•    good attention to details and strong sense of responsibility

•    strong communication skills, professional attitude and enjoy working in a team

You are a perfect match if you also have:
•    previous experience in administrative tasks related to talent acquisition

Your daily tasks may include:
•    gaining valuable experience and learning about various internal aspects of the recruitment process from the inside 

•    supporting Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks

•    developing, discussing and suggesting improvements in sourcing strategies, candidate experience, process-flow and other elements of TA scope of business

•    maintaining TA Data Management and supporting recruitment-related internal procedures

•    enjoying your time with HEINEKEN

Once you successfully complete your internship, you will have sufficient experience to apply for permanent roles in Talent Acquisition or you might even be offered to convert to regular position immediately after the internship.
