Senior Transport Planner Team Leader

Your responsibilities would include:
- being responsible to oversee and manage transportation Planning & Execution
functions for all Operating Companies within his/her specific cluster. Acting decisively and
engage effectively with key stakeholders - partnering effectively with external customers and OpCo transportation
organization, customer service representatives and wider supply planning
organization - being responsible for adhering to SLAs, resolving any issues/challenges at the
OpCo side - managing team of Planners by reviewing and improving resources on a
continuous basis - liaising with Continuous Improvement team to support implementation of
operational and system improvements - evaluating cluster operational planning performance
- reviewing and ensuring shipments have been successfully planned and
successfully delivered - overseeing daily execution of transportation planning activities including
load consolidation, mode shift, and optimization of transportation routes - seeking to optimize transportation and execution activities based on
transportation planners’ inputs, together with CI/CPI team.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business,
Logistics, or related field - strong experience in logistics operation management (5 to 10 years)
- experience in team management
- experience in transport operation (5 years)
- LSP Management experience
- stakeholders management : different type of profile (from CS agent to Supply Chin Director) and different culture
- capability to shape the team and his organization
- capability to influence the organization out of the team
- strong skills of collaboration
- very good stress resistance
