As the SAP Technology Specialist within the Demand-to-Warehouse domain – you will lead a team of internal and partner SAP ERP consultants delivering (design/build/deploy) the Digital CORE (based on standard S/4HANA) that supports and ensures business operations.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Assuming the role of product architect, feature lead, or proxy product owner in the domain of Demand-to-Warehouse
- Working with the global functions and Operating Companies to analyse and understand requirements, translate requirements to solutions, and deliver as product increments
- providing governance, guidance, and coaching on changes throughout the design process
- managing the quality of the solution and possible technical debt;
- ensuring support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the applications with Partners
- participating in cross-functional ERP projects or business changes from initiation to deployment phases
- building relationships and a Business process owners /key-user network with different Operating Companies and Global Heineken Functions
You are a good candidate if you have:
- In–depth knowledge and experience (5+ years) regarding SAP ECC/S4HANA Planning, Production, Maintenance with their corresponding Finance parts (Knowledge of other modules is a plus)
- agile Ways of Working experience: setting up and working with scrum teams in different roles
- understanding of DevOps
- excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with various stakeholders and audiences
- leadership skills – leading a multi-disciplined, multi-cultural team; self-supporting and continuously learning
- consultancy skills (influencing, building bridges, advising, providing guidance)
- fluent business and technical English
