Your daily tasks may include:

Managing Learning Management System:

• creating learning items and managing training registrations
• Organizing delivery of L&D Agenda
• organizing external and internal training and cooperating with external Vendors
• managing delivery of internal programs (like development academies, Onboarding Programs).

Training Logistics:

• organizing training sessions based on agreed Training Calendar
• preparing and delivering learning communications
• supporting employees in standard L&D queries

Training Reporting:

• designing and delivering standard training reporting completion (Excel and PowerBI)
• contacting Senior Stakeholders.

You are a good match if you have:

• specialist Level: Experience in Learning & Development area – min. 1-2 years
• successful managing organization of L&D Agenda
• communication skills and an excellent understanding of the latest learning trends 
• fluency in English (written and oral).
