Junior HR Services Specialist

Junior HR Services Specialist:

  • provides expertise support in his/her area of HR Services (Payroll, Time & Attendance, HR administration) to the organisation including operational execution and case consultancy and assessment
  • delivers operational support to employees, managers and other clients and stakeholders within his/her area of HR administration, payroll
  • is responsible for process execution and status monitoring as per the HR policies especially monthly payroll cycle preparation, benefits administration, foreigners registration
  • answers employees and managers’ operational queries and questions regarding HR processes and practices, systems within agreed SLA timelines and qualities
  • takes active part in HR discussions and workshops to work out best in class HR services

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • university degree -HR Management faculty preferable  
  • good theoretical and practical knowledge of the given HR area 
  • learning agility to adapt to dynamic environment and learn on the fly 
  • engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks
  • good communication, customer orientation and stakeholders’ management skills Junior HR Services Specialist
  • up to 1y relevant experience, basic HR understanding, have theoretical knowledge of his/her discipline
  • excellent written and verbal English
