Indirect Tax Lead

Your daily tasks may include:

As Business Leader:

  • Day-to-day management of the Indirect Tax Team
  • Ensuring business partnership with stakeholders in collaborative way and within agreed governance model
  • Assessing and mitigating operational risk and act as escalation point to drive issue resolution
  • Driving end to end improvements agenda, coordinating the implementation of continuous improvements across processes
  • Managing and driving the Indirect Tax processes in line with the Group and local Policies and Guidance
  • Providing all necessary reports, analysis and explanation to Oenable the sign off all required Indirect Tax returns
  • Managing effective and rigorous controls to ensure full compliance with policies, procedures and Global & Local Accounting and Tax standard.
    As People Leader:
  • Planing resources for the team, recruit right people, on-board them in the new role
  • Seting & describing team and individuals objectives
  • Planing individual’s and team tasks over time
  • Providing ongoing, regular feedback to team members on their performance and development 
  • Providing regular coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Effectively managing changes in the team

 

 

You are a good match if you have:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting  (Tax Advisor Qualification recommended)
  • 4-5 years of experience in tax analysis & at least 2-3 years in managing people
  • Experience in multi-national environment (including Shared Services Centres)
  • Leadership expertise
  • Written and verbal communication skills
