Global Process & Control Improvement Senior Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work as a trusted business partner with Global P&CI, Global Functions and OpCos to deploy, support and improve technology solutions and innovate with data
  • Support the development and governance of risk management technology solutions enabling new insights, more efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Ensure that support processes and controls for the risk management solutions are designed, implemented, operating effectively and continuously improved

Experience & Profile

  • Education: Master/University level
  • Work experience: 3-7 years
  • Required work experience in field of expertise: risk management (process & technology), internal control and process management
  • Experience with implementing processes and solutions from a business perspective
  • Functional and technical knowledge with control and compliance related tools e.g. SAP GRC (ACM, PCM modules), BWise, ServiceNow (Integrated Risk Management module), Pathlock
  • Good understanding of Segregation of Duties, manual and automated process controls
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language and vice versa
  • Experience in cross project and cross functional stakeholder alignment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and synthesis skills, report performance optimization, intellectual curiosity and industry knowledge
  • English (excellent verbal and written skills
