Global Process & Control Improvement Senior Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work as a trusted business partner with Global P&CI, Global Functions and OpCos to deploy, support and improve technology solutions and innovate with data
- Support the development and governance of risk management technology solutions enabling new insights, more efficiency and continuous improvement
- Ensure that support processes and controls for the risk management solutions are designed, implemented, operating effectively and continuously improved
Experience & Profile
- Education: Master/University level
- Work experience: 3-7 years
- Required work experience in field of expertise: risk management (process & technology), internal control and process management
- Experience with implementing processes and solutions from a business perspective
- Functional and technical knowledge with control and compliance related tools e.g. SAP GRC (ACM, PCM modules), BWise, ServiceNow (Integrated Risk Management module), Pathlock
- Good understanding of Segregation of Duties, manual and automated process controls
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language and vice versa
- Experience in cross project and cross functional stakeholder alignment
- Strong analytical, problem solving and synthesis skills, report performance optimization, intellectual curiosity and industry knowledge
- English (excellent verbal and written skills
