The Data & Analytics Consultant is a partner with Stream Lead and Product Owner and manages team members to deliver business value to customers through translating and design requirements into functional solutions and participates in the technical development of the product.

Your responsibilities would include:

• building data pipelines, implementing data integration solutions and data models following the Heineken Standards in Azure
• creation of PowerBI reports based on Dashboard and is able to collect business requirements
• formulating the design for data analytics product based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints of used technologies
• conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifies architectural optimizations
• driving & facilitating the selection of the most efficient technology for use cases (RPA vs API)
• verifying the implementation - ensure the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and meet the requirements
• ensuring consistency of overall solution
• managing the quality of the solutions and technical debt
• identifing potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these
• keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge. Is end-to-end responsible to deliver the value of Product through the entire Product life cycle
• ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, building, deploying and supporting the Product are embedded in the team
• helping Product Team members with removing impediments.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies
• practical experience of minimum 3-5 years with designing and maintaining Azure and PowerBI
• good understanding of RPA technologies
• good understanding of the standard API available
• excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders on different levels of seniority
• being a business and technical consultant/architect that is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Product
• analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured
• team player attitude, able to work effectively within the product team with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
• ability to work in teams and work dedicated for a team
• experience with troubleshooting technology problems
• comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment, a strong grasp of automation and data management tools.
