DBB Process Lead MTC
Job Purpose
As Regional Process Lead you are a SME in the Market-to-Cash process (end to end) and you are the first point of contact for OpCo Process Lead.
Your primary objective is to ensure the implementation of the Global Template solution. Regional Process Leads are co-responsible, together with the OpCo Process Lead, for coordinating and facilitating key user meetings, system configuration, module testing, scheduling key users for system tests, preparing process documents, approving training documentation and relevant end user training.
Your responsibilities would include:
• Identification and analysis of user requirements within their functional areas
• Providing expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodology
• Being responsible for the successful closing of gaps between “as-is” and “to-be” situation
• Ensuring configuration, processing and implementation of process area software modules and
relevant interfaces
• Identifying business process / technology improvements and changes and escalate them to the
Business Solutions team
• Actively promoting the adaptation of business practices and adoption of processes utilised by
the new Global Template solution
• Supporting the OpCo on their change management journey and in making the change stick.
• Jointly driving and executing engagement with (key) stakeholders.
• Working with the OpCo to develop necessary processes or procedural changes in the OpCo to
accommodate the Global Template solution
• Working with the OpCo to foster active participation and ownership of the new solution
(processes & tools)
• Ensuring a proper and effective knowledge transfer (e.g. documentation, training, etc.
• Providing a communication link between project teams through attendance at regular Project
Team or Team Leader meetings
• Contributing to status reporting
• Thoroughly performing testing of the tool and associated procedures to confirm that the primary
business requirements are met
• Contribution to continuous improvement of the transition approach and Global Template
solution
• On-boarding new team members in your process area and transition methodology
You are a good candidate if you:
• Have 5+ years Work Experience in complex projects in an international environment
• Have demonstrated 5+ years work experience in field of expertise
• Have other fields of expertise: communication skills (verbal, written), analytical and process
management, change management (Heineken change model)
• Have functional skills: ability to distil voice of the customer and converting this into initiatives
• Have Excellent English skills
