Communications & Employer Branding Consultant

Your responsibilities would include:
- Co-creating Employer Branding strategy for HEINEKEN Kraków
- Coordinating internal communication and employer branding projects
- Developing communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of executed actions
- Preparing visuals and EB materials
- Write compelling internal and external communications narratives; transform content into easy-to-understand texts, considering the target audience, key messages, and channels as well as respective internal guidelines (e.g. emails, newsletters, etc.)
About you:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Internal Communication and Employer Branding
- Good understanding of employer branding trends
- Experience with creating engaging employer content across different channels
- A data-driven approach to employer branding
- Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative
- Copywriting solid skills: ability to write both any social media posts and any text for media — a piece of news, a column, an interview,
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Polish, both verbal and written.
