Business Solution Consultant STP

Business Solution STP Consultant is part of STP Business Solution Team. 
Business Solution STP Consultant is an expert in domain of Procurement/Finance (Accounts Payable).
Business Solution STP Consultant designs processes in STP domain, within Digital Backbone (DBB) programme, combining the knowledge of procurement or payments and specifically on the transactional process.

*The Digital Backbone Programme - the biggest transformation programme Heineken ever had aiming at harmonizing Heineken's fragmented ERP and data landscape and make us future-ready to better serve our customers and consumers!

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • working closely with the Solution Design, Technology, Data and Controls workstreams of DBB Programme, in the delivery of an integrated solution; contributing to the management of interdependencies across workstreams
  • working closely with the Global Standing Organisation and the Global Finance Functions to incorporate the Functional standards and capabilities into DBB design, and with the respective Product & Platform owners to ensure an effective end-to-end solution, including the orchestration of transactions across Business Platforms
  • building relationships with Operating Companies (OpCo's) Finance teams to create engagement, improve the design and transfer understanding of the solution to the ultimate user base
  • ensuring the designed solution is fit for purpose and effectively tested from a functional and user perspective
  • working closely with the Business Change team to ensure the changes are effectively delivered and supported post-Go Live for the Pilot OpCos. This would include helping to design and deliver training, overseeing development of Standard Operating Procedures and supporting other transition tasks as required. 

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • University degree
  • 5-8 years of demonstrated experience in Procurement and/or Finance, exposure to cross-functional and complex international environment. Experience in large scale business transformation, preferable concerning the introduction of technology. Solid understanding of business processes. Experience in process design of transactional processes, creation of test scenarios and scripts, creation of training materials and training execution
  • functional skills such as Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, Combination of analytical and conceptual thinking
  • communication skills: communicating through understanding, influencing and/or serving others and require more than facts to win arguments and influence others. Excellent active listening skills
  • effective atakeholder managementement
  • other skills such as abilty to build relationships and collaboration at all levels of the organisation. Good organisational and planning skills. Strong cultural awareness and versatility in styles. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
  • excellent written and verbal English.
