Business Performance CoE Analyst

Your responsibilities would include:

• ensuring maintenance of controlling cost objects master data
• performing the month-end cost allocations from internal orders and cost centers
• executing raw data distribution across profitability dimensions
• performing profitability analysis per customer and product
• performing detailed numerical analysis, reconciliation and variance explanation
• executing assigned process controls and proactively reporting any instances of non-compliance
• identifying issues and using the agreed escalation route in a timely manner if an issue arises
• executing P&CI standard controls and creating new data validation tools
• demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers
• producing monthly dashboard reports for tracking key performance metrics for various profitability segments
• coordinating compliance of the process and proactively introducing best practices
• performing ad-hoc requests as per requirements of OpCo controllers
• developing and maintaining successful working relationships/partnerships with OpCos and other key stakeholders
• assuring activities are compliant with global standards and procedures.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• advanced Excel skills
• strong understanding of financial fundamentals, financial and managerial reporting and business framework
• strong customer service skills
• excellent working knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, SD is a plus
• excellent collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
• experience in SAP/SAP4HANA cost allocation process.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• experience with a reporting tool such as BLINK, Power BI, BIS etc. is a plus.
